The Rev Fashion Show hosted by George Brown students at NEST had mixed vibes of an old school 90’s themed party combined with an urban street wear inspired fashion show. StyleCircle was definitely impressed with the variety of designs and the professionalism demonstrated at the show. It was a fun night out packed with tons of people, great snacks and service, and an amazing interactive photo booth by Social Lite Media. 
The fashion show was only a portion of the evening with live performances, a silent auction and delicious food. Seeing as fashion is what we love here at StyleCircle, lets move on to the actual collections. We were thoroughly impressed with all of the collections, but our favourite was the impressive styling of Pink City’s current line. Designed by the brothers Mike and Chris Tung, the collection oozes urban street wear sophistication. The t0ps were extremely wearable and the outfits had major throwback hip hop vibes. There were also subtle hits of Tokyo inspired bright saturated colors that really made the visuals pop.
Most of the girls had their hair styled in double dutch braids which are really trendy this season. They were also wearing bold red lipstick. I think the entire makeup look hit the mark for the upcoming fashion season. Moreover, the brightly printed jackets were really fun, and carefree. This was a crazy yet fun collection that transcended the boundary between being runway worthy and street wear. Love, love, love.
