Looking for a way to spend your Saturday? We’ve rounded up a list of some of our fave stores on Queen West for you to check out!
1. Oak + Fort
Oak and Fort took the city by storm April 2014 when they opened up their first location in Toronto on Queen West. Not to be confused with the old pop up location, Oak and Fort has moved across the street into their permanent location at 666 Queen Street West. Oak and Fort is all about minimalism in the most aesthetically pleasing way. The store has the perfect essentials for your everyday wardrobe, while keeping very up to date with the latest trends. Their colour pallet is typically more on the neutral side, with an array of pastels to compliment your wardrobe. Oak and Fort offers a wide selection of women’s and men’s clothing, along with accessories including jewelry and shoes which can be found in their store on Queen or online at www.oakandfort.com. If you’re new to the city, or haven’t checked it out I highly recommend stopping by… their prices (and clothing) can’t be beat.
2. Untitled and Co.
Untitled and Co. just opened up a pop up location at 438 Queen St. west. This store is very much in tune with popular culture. The store’s interior design is very fun, featuring a giant fur swing hanging from the ceiling at the back of the store. Untitled and Co. features the work of Toronto Designers who work from a studio just down the street. Their designs feature a street style vibe, with a high end twist. Untitled and Co. has an assortment of women and men’s clothing along with a funky display of accessories. Shop online at www.untitledandco.com or drop by their store on Queen west.
3. F as in Frank
With today’s vintage craze, F as in Frank screams retro. F as in Frank has an amazing assortment of vintage pieces that are back in style. F as in Frank alters a lot of their pieces adding in their own touch and a newer fashion feel. This is the pace to find a perfect pair of Levi shorts? Look around the store for your perfect fit. Not quite right? They will happily alter the shorts on the spot making them shorter or adding in just the perfect amount of rips for you taste. Find them online at www.fasinfrankvintage.com or at 418 Queen Street West. If you’re a vintage fanatic, F as in Frank is a place you need to check out.
4. Zane
Zane located at 753 Queen St W, is the perfect stop for anything accessory related. With a large assortment of designers you will be sure to find a bag that suits you. They also happen to carry Hoi Bo bags, from a Toronto designer that I’m obsessed with and know you will be too. Check them out in person or shop online at www.visitzane.com!

5. SUD FORNO
If you have dined at Terroni’s you may be familiar with SUD Forno which is their bakery next door. SUD Forno has an amazing assortment of baked goods and deliciously fresh pizza. Sud Forno makes for the perfect lunch break but we insist you also pick up a nutella donut to accompany your main entree. It’s a donut that no human can resist. Visit this shop at 716 Queen St West.
6. Nadge
If you love Macaroons, or even if you don’t, go and prepare for a mouth watering life changing experience. Visit their store at 780 Queen St West or shop online at www.nadege-patisserie.com
